How much are our dues and when are they due?

Dues can be paid as follows:
$480/annually by 1/1
$240/semiannually by 1/1 and 7/1
$120/quarterly by 1/1, 4/1, 7/1 and 10/1
$40/monthly by the 1st of each month

How do we pay our dues?

Dues can be mailed to P.O. Box 2196, Fort Oglethorpe, GA 30742 or placed in the payment drop box between 429 Flagstone Drive and 42 Limestone Drive.

When is the community yard sale?

We have two community yard sales each year. The first weekend (Friday and Saturday) in May and October.
